to open a CSV file using openoffice oocalc, the output surprised my a lot. the CSV contains lines as this

open it at oocalc as comma delimited file, the result is weird, as

During the opening, if I change the 3rd column from Standard to Text, get the right form.
I don’t want this ‘intelligent’ changes how to change the default?
