Although sitting at the front of a computer is a component of my daily tasks, I always remind myself I am a layman when enter windoz territory. There is a fresh reminder this morning when I tried to suspend one of outlook accounts. I picked up outlook as a temporary solution because at a early time there was difficulty to connect evolution to exchange 2007. For simplicity, I moved other pop3 accounts to outlook too. That serviced the purposes. Since last 2 months, evolution improved a lot with evolution-mapi and davmail as a supplementary option, pop and exchange 2007 mails work well with evolution. I shifted back these pop3 and exchange 2007 accounts back to evolution. I still keep outlook connected to the exchange server as a backup but have to suspend other pop3 account. That was a naught task. I looked at outlook, and google for hints, Google was hopeless. Most posts were not working, except one claimed to be solution but have to pay it. That’s back to square one. search outlook help, luck me. get a hint from Tool -> Read/Receive Settings.
