I have Google Voice account (have enough credit $10, I can make call to phone from gmail), However, I can’t sign in Google Voice at Android powered Samsung Galaxy S I9000 smartphone. The Signing process ends with error message:

I thought I have signed on the google voice, as I said I can make phone call from gmail, have enough credit too.
Finally, I found Google Voice is available only in US
